Using the Filter Menu
Use the Filter menu
to determine the group of records that appears on the page.
There are two types of filters:

Direct filters, such as All Active Students, find all the records that meet the criteria at the time it is run.

Prompted filters, which have names ending with a question mark, ask the user to enter the criteria they want to use. For example, the prompted filter of Grade Level = ? will return different lists of students based on the grade level entered.
When you use a filter, the page displays a limited set of records. Select the All Records filter to view the complete set of records again.
