Managing Aspen

In the District view, on the Admin tab, system administrators with access can do the following:

• Create Aspen user accounts.
• Manage active user sessions.
• Manage the Data Dictionary.
• Follett Licenses.
• Audit records.
• Manage reference codes.
• View who is logged on to Aspen at any time.
• Manage the job queue.
• Create reference codes.
• Create forms.
• Define and manage workflows.
