Manage active user sessions

You can view active user sessions. For each user currently logged on to the system, you can view information such as the user's name, current page, time logged on, and when the system was last accessed. This page refreshes automatically.

User session information is helpful for troubleshooting response time issues and checking system use before Aspen provides your district with an update. You can also kill a session if necessary.

To view active user sessions:

  1. Log on to the District view.
  2. Click the Admin tab.
  3. Click the System Status side-tab.
  4. Note: To kill a session, select the checkbox next to the session. Then, on the Options menu, click Kill Sessions.
