Using Aspen Go in the Staff portal

Aspen Go is a quick, convenient way to view district and school communications and complete tasks using your phone or tablet.

When you log on to Aspen Go, your homepage appears, listing your school's and district's announcements.

Use the following table to navigate:

Home icon

See district and school notifications. From other screens, click Home to return to the Home Page.

My To Do Tasks icon

See Active tasks to complete. At the drop-down, select Closed and then View to see tasks you already completed.

Forms icon

Complete and submit school forms, such as the conduct referral form.

Notifications icon

View district and school notifications. (The Notifications icon appears in the banner.)

User icon

Tap the user icon to select an option from the pop-up:

  • Tap View Full Site to go to the desktop version of Aspen.
  • Tap Settings to change your Aspen user preferences.

  • Tap Logout to exit.

Note: If you can't access Aspen Go, contact your Aspen system administrator, who can do the following:

  1. Log on to the District [Root Organization] view.

  2. Select Admin > Security > Roles > select Instructor > Details.

  3. Enable Access New Mobile from Family Portal full site.

  4. At Default Portal, select New Mobile.

  5. Click Save.
