Use the Matrix View to build the elementary schedule using a schedule workspace that displays the days and times.
Click in a day and time box to schedule a class block in that slot. You can also drag and drop class blocks around the matrix until all fit where you want them to be scheduled.
To use the matrix to build the elementary schedule:
- Log on to the Build view. If the current school has the scheduling mode set to Both, select Build > Elementary mode.
- Click the Workspace tab, Matrix View side-tab.
The top of the page provides filters for you to schedule specific pieces one at a time.
