Troubleshooting Google Drive

If the Google Drive API configuration is not set up properly, you might receive one of the following error messages:

  1. Google Docs does not recognize client ID.

  2. Error: If the organization's Client ID is not recognized, the following page appears:

  • Solution:
    • Check for a typo in the Client ID name.
    • Review the steps to create the Google project and set up credentials.
  1. Google Drive not enabled or setup is incorrect.
  • Error: If the Google Drive access is not properly set up, a teacher or student will see the following message:

  • Solution: Contact the district's Aspen system administrator.
