Troubleshoot a Report

When you try to run a report in Aspen and a white screen displays in place of the report results, this could indicate an issue with Adobe.

To fix the issue:

Check to see if a pop-up requesting an update to Adobe Acrobat or Reader appears. Sometimes the pop-up is hidden by the report.  

If an upgrade is requested, follow the steps to upgrade to the latest version of the Adobe program.  After upgrading, run the report again. You should be able to view the results on the screen.

Note: If you choose to ignore the upgrade request, you might continue to have problems viewing reports, and requests to upgrade may continue to periodically appear.
