Recalculate the Race Field on the Person Table

Since the Race View is not found in the list of calculated fields for the Person table, in order to recalculate it you must import and run the Recalculate Race View procedure.

The steps are as follows:

• Download a zip file from the Pando knowledge base.
• Import the bundle into Aspen.
• Run the Race Recalculate procedure.

To download the zip file:

1. Log on to Pando.
2. Click the Services tab.
3. Click the Knowledge Base side-tab.
4. Find and select the checkbox next to article K10001111.
5. On the Knowledge Base side-tab, click Attachments.
6. In the row of RecalculateRaceBundle.zip, click the Disk icon to download the file.
7. Save the file to your desktop.

Note: If the file that you downloaded has a .tmp extension, change tmp to zip.

To import the bundle into Aspen:

1. Log on to the District view.
2. Click the Tools tab.
3. Click the Procedures side-tab. The Procedures page appears.
4. On the Options menu, click Import Bundle. The Aspen Bundle Import pop-up appears:

5. At the Bundle location field, click Browse.
6. Locate and select RecalculateRaceBundle.zip.
7. Click Open.
8. Click Import.

To run the Race Recalculate procedure:

1. Click into the details of the Race View Recalculate procedure.
2. On the Options menu, click Run.
3. In the pop-up, click Run.
