Add 'Initiate Workflow' wizard to Options menu

You can add the Initiate Workflow wizardClosed to the Options menu in specified views and locations. This gives users another location from which to initiate workflows in addition to the Tasks widget on the Home page or other Community Pages.

To add the ‘Initiate Workflow’ wizard to the Options menu:

  1. Log on to the District view.
  2. Click the Tools tab, and then the Procedures side-tab.
  3. Click Initiate Workflow. To edit the procedure’s details and define where it will appear and which schools can access it, see Define Procedure Details.
