Managing the Health Visit Log by Date

All visits to the health office must be recorded in the daily health log. Use the Visit tab in the Health view to do the following:

• Enter a student’s name or ID, and then basic information concerning the visit.

Note: You can also enter visits for individual students on the Student tab.

• Filter the list and complete all log entries by status.
• Run the Health Log report or Health Profile report.

Note: You can also log health visits for staff members or student contacts on the Visit tab.
