Create a message to appear on report cards

Each school can create a message that appears on report cards for its students. For example, the message might remind parents of the date for parent-teacher conferences and when spring break begins.

To create a report card message:

  1. Do one of the following:
    • District view: Click the District tab, Schools side-tab. Select a school, and then click Preferences.
    • School view: Click the School tab, Setup side-tab, and then click Preferences.
  1. Use the Category drop-down to select Grade.
  2. In the Report card message field, type a message.
  3. Click Save.
