Delete a fee

Only Aspen system administrators are able to delete a fee. A fee cannot be deleted if a payment has been made towards it.

To delete a fee:

  1. Log on to the District or School view.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • In the District view: Click the District tab, Cashier's Office side-tab.
    • In the School view: Click the School tab, Cashier's Office side-tab.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • On the Cashier's Office side-tab, click Cashier's Office. Select the date of the fee you want to delete. Search for and select the checkbox next to the fee. Under Cashier's Office, click Details.
    • On the Cashier's Office side-tab, click Fees. Search for and select the checkbox next to the fee you want to delete. Under Fees, click Details.
  4. On the Options menu, click Delete.
  5. To confirm the deletion, click OK.
